E Shaver Bookseller
I decided to rebrand a bookstore in Savannah, Georgia. 'E. Shaver, bookseller' is quite popular amongst the locals and tourists, but at the time they didn't have a logo or icon for their brand:

When redesigning the logo, I incorporated a cat, as all of the customers love the three cats that live in the store.
Thumbnails:
After hand-drawing thumbnails for possible logo options, I then scanned them and recreated the thumbnails in Adobe Illustrator.
After creating this mood board, I decided to use the color orange to convey the friendly and cozy atmosphere of the store.
